1. General Provisions
If a consumer purchases goods and/or services through the online store, such a mutual agreement is considered a distance contract and is subject to the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia , including the Consumer Rights Protection Law and the Cabinet of Ministers’ regulations on distance contracts.

5. Right of Withdrawal
A buyer who is a consumer has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal and return the item to within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the item, without providing a reason for the return. The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the date on which the Buyer or a third party designated by the Buyer has received the item.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the Buyer is not a consumer—for example, if the purchase is made by a legal entity at .
The right of withdrawal may not apply in cases specified in regulatory enactments, including, but not limited to, :
- goods that spoil quickly or are about to expire;

- goods that, for health or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned if their packaging has been opened after delivery;
- goods that, after delivery, have been irrevocably mixed with other items;

- services that are provided in full with the Buyer’s prior consent and confirmation that, upon full performance of the service at , the right of withdrawal will no longer be available.
